shares consolidation

hey guys .. jus wanna know how many times a company can do a shares consolidation ? is there a waiting window that company mus wait in order to do 2nd or 3rd shares consolidation ??

Quite interesting topic, let's please bring more people here for that matter, do you understand what I mean ? Who deal daily with all that stocks and shares, seems, there is a time for all that and I do hope it comes out really lately. Thanks for that.
