Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC (WBD) is a Russian manufacturer of dairy and juice products. The Company's operations are organized into three segments: dairy, beverages and babyfood. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company's dairy, beverage and babyfood products accounted for 74.2%, 16.8% and 9% of its net sales. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had 37 manufacturing facilities in Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia, as well as distribution centers in 30 cities throughout Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In 2008 the Company merged nine other subsidiaries into Wimm-Bill-Dann, including Surgut Dairy Plant, Ochakovo Dairy Plant, Obninsk Dairy Plant, Pavlogradsky Dairy Plant, Krutinsky Dairy Plant, Angarsky Dairy Plant (MOLKA), Anna milk, SP Julia and Va-Bank-2000. In January 2010, the Company acquired Torgovaya kompaniya Wimm-Bill-Dann ZAO. In February 2011, the Company acquired Opolie Holding Company CJSC.
