Swift Energy Company (Swift Energy) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in developing, exploring, acquiring, and operating oil and gas properties. The Company's primary focus is on the Eagle Ford trend of South Texas and the onshore and inland waters of Louisiana. The Company's operations are primarily focused in three areas identified as South Texas, including include AWP, Artesia Wells and Fasken; Southeast Louisiana, including Lake Washington and Bay de Chene, and Central Louisiana, including Burr Ferry, Masters Creek and South Bearhead Creek. Swift Energy holds an acreage position in Texas prospective for Eagle Ford shale and Olmos tight sands development. The Company has estimated proved reserves of around 193.8 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBoe). The Company's total proved reserves are approximately 26% crude oil, 59% natural gas and 15% natural gas liquids (NGLs) while 34% of its total proved reserves are developed.
