Business Background

VIST Financial Corp. is a financial holding company. Its wholly owned subsidiaries are VIST Bank (the Bank), VIST Insurance, LLC (VIST Insurance) and VIST Capital Management, LLC (VIST Capital). As of December 31, 2009, the Bank's wholly owned subsidiary was VIST Mortgage Holdings, LLC. The Company offers a range of financial services through its various subsidiaries. In April 2010, the Company sold its 25% ownership in First HSA, LLC to HealthEquity, Inc. In August 2012, Tompkins Financial Corporation acquired the Company.
