BLDRS Index Funds Trust is a unit investment Trust. The Trust consists of four separate investment portfolios, including BLDRS Asia 50 ADR Index Fund (Asia), BLDRS Developed Markets 100 ADR Index Fund (Developed Markets), BLDRS Emerging Markets 50 ADR Index Fund (Emerging Markets) and BLDRS Europe Select ADR Index Fund (Europe). The investment objective of each Fund is to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of publicly traded Depositary Receipts in a particular geographic region or market represented by a specified relevant benchmark index. Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC is the Sponsor of the Trust and The Bank of New York Mellon is the Trustee.
